"The hotel is right in downtown Nashville, a few blocks uphill from Broadway where the crowds hang out. So it was a good location to all the must-see spots. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean but the hotel could use a refresher. "

"Staff was prompt & courteous. Hotel was clean and bed and bath were excellent. Good mattress and pillows which is of utmost important to me. The hotel, however, is very, very dated. Dark hallways. Black and silver decor feels very mid70’s. Though I’m sure it’s been updated since then. Just not a fan of the moody darkness. "

"If you’re thinking of whipping it up on Broadway, This place is just far enough to escape from the noise music and get some good sleep to charge up the batteries… 2 good restaurants one inside and one outside.. You won’t be disappointed "

"This is my favorite hotel in Nashville and I will never stay anywhere else. The rooms are great and staff is so nice. It’s in the perfect location as well. I had a little issue with extra guests and they were so accommodating. Solved in 2 seconds. BEST HOTEL! You will REGRET it if you don’t stay here at least once. "

"Rooms are big, good location (quiet) and short cheap taxi ride to downtown (hotel gives you daily Lyft $5 discounts - 2 trips a day). Breakfast is descent and the staff is very friendly. There’s also a 7-11 down the block. I would definitely stay here again. "

"Nice hotel but the beds were horrible. Had plumbing issues that woke us up at 5:00am with loud bubbling sounds. And then again when we tried to nap in the afternoon. Housekeeping did not leave new soap in the bathroom at the sink. "

"Super easy check in ! Walking distance to broadway and nissian stadium as well as other cute places to eat that were more mellow for breakfast/lunch and sweet set up in our room. Would definitely stay here next visit!"

"Hotel and inside staff was amazing but was hard to get over a bad start. Valet didn’t leave his stand. No help from car with luggage and watched me unload. Was just super annoyed at the lack of service. "
