“The front desk staff in the wee hours of the morning when I arrived (2AM) and when I left (3:30AM) were courteous, quick and professional. Room was clean and night was restful with their super black out curtains! Bathroom space was clean, hot water right away and the towels literally made the water flee screaming for its life. Overall the premises and experience inside the hotel were great. However, I did not feel secure, and this factors heavily in my overall rating. In the morning after my……

“I arrived early to Baltimore after flying in to airport. We went to area to be picked up and we tried several times to call hotel no anwer and phone lines were not working. We ended up paying for LYFT. We arrived early asked to have luggage checked in since there were no rooms or we would be charged extra. When we came back to hotel it took time to check in. I felt that certain customers were being treated differently from others. One employee asked for my name told me to have a seat in bar……

“Clean & spacious room. Nice amenities. Overall a pleasant stay minus one situation. Unfortunately another hotel guest stole our Uber Eats order from our hotel door which was disappointing to say the least. First of all, who does that?!? Hotel staff thought it might’ve been one of the several teenagers staying there that weekend. The staff couldn’t do much except give us a breakfast voucher. Security cameras around the building & floors would’ve helped minimize this issue.”

“I would rate this hotel 6/10. The room is very nice! The gym is okay. The front desk was helpful with all my issues/concerns. The housekeeping is the issue- the first day we left around 7am.. came back to our room around 1pm and the room wasn’t cleaned; we had to call to get it cleaned. The second day- the room trash wasn’t removed, they didn’t sweep or mop the floors. I travel often- this was something new for me. Again nice hotel, staff and room. I am big on cleanliness”

“The hotel was nice but they overbooked for the nights I was there so I was put in a different room type than I booked. There was no advanced notice and the front desk person was pretty terse about the whole thing. I realize it wasn’t his fault but the general tone was not expected. I heard other travelers having a worse time where they were traveling with a family and got a king size bed vs two queens as booked. I wouldn’t stay there again based on this experience.”
