"It was our 3rd and final visit. Each time there have been issues at check-in and check-out, I forget until the next stay, a terrible check-in; the rooms were not ready, even though we arrvived late afternoon well after check-in time. The front desk person was pushy and did a very long-winded up-sell that made no sense, as we had booked 3 rooms for privacy. The apartment he tried multiple times to up-sell had 2 rooms, with the 2nd divided by a flimsy partition. Breakfast was nice."

"The staff and the location were the highlight of this hotel. Lovely and welcoming, we felt comfortable immediately. The view from our room was spectacular. And a short and beautiful walk brought us to the heart of Portofino. We loved everything about our stay and would gladly stay here again "

"My room faced the back side of the hotel...Had a very small ocean view from a corner of the balcony. The room was very small but clean and slept on a single bed. The SPA/Gym area and pool were all nice with views of the bacy from every corner. The restaurant was very good and also with lots of local options. Very walkable from main attractions in Santa Margherita."

"Possibly the best stay in Camogli Incredible bed - great bathroom and lighting Insane life changing views with the windows open and bathroom slippers on. Breakfast was superb and they are happy to make anything we asked for. Staff do everything with care, calm energy. Absolutely will be back. "
