「Room Neglected, Very Dirty, Refrigerator was broken we ask to be Fixed but nothing, They did not care we asked for a bed sheet and we never received and Nobody showed up and we asked for Towels and Nothing as Nobody Cares and never showed up, The Restaurant by the Resort with Very Bad Food and Rude Servers by the Restaurant, that Resort its a Trap 」

「 Our stay at Enotel was a bit disappointing. We had high expectations for this 5-star resort, especially since we’ve stayed at many 5-star resorts in Mexico and the Caribbean. It’s a large property, but it’s clearly outdated. Almost nobody speaks English. The TV needed repairs every day. The cleaning staff were hesitant to leave four towels for four people, so we had to keep reminding them and tipping them. The pools and beach area are great, and the restaurants offer a good variety of food...

「This is a nice hotel and all rooms above ground floor have lovely ocean views. We do find that hotels in Brasil are expensive for what you get with facilities. Small things broken in the room and public areas. For this sort of money you expect a bit better. Also for an adults only hotel, some staff and policies were more aimed at children. For example, being told where and when you could fill your water bottle for the day, and where and when you couldn't. It's not a big thing to manage.」
