"Great beds. Restaurant service and food were terrific. It’s about a 20 minute walk to the old town. Underground paid parking. Small drawback, soap on the wall next to the sink Is positioned so that it’s difficult to pump. Would recommend this hotel strongly."

"Great property with nice, tastefully detailed interior. Some rooms can be on the small side but are sufficient. Everything is nicely detailed. The sauna spa is good and you have choices. Not every choice was up to my preference but overall it was very good. The saunas are beautifully detailed and that adds to a special experience. "The schloss complex has been converted imaginatively and tastefully into a well-equipped hotel. The reception and restaurant staff were most helpful and courteous and helped to make our stay very enjoyable."

"We booked 3 rooms with air-conditioning during heatwave for multiple days. Upon arrival there was no airco. They offered us to book elsewhere at 9pm. No properties within driving distance w airco. Shower did not drain. Would not recommend. Expedia needs to be more accurate with hotel details so others don't have a similar experience."
