「La recepción en general muy buena, el personal atento y rápido el check in… al igual la salida Pero al querer almorzar el domingo no quisieron servirnos o sentarnos en el salón principal y nos mandaban a una cafetería q es una filial de Starbucks q por cierto lenta la atención y no te dan lo q pides o como es el menú de Starbucks 🙄 nos salimos a almorzar a otro lado Pero el hotel precioso como ya otras ocasiones había visitado el lugar. Solo el detalle del restaurante」

「The hotel was located in an excellent location short walk to everything in the Centro. Rosalia was very sweet at check-in.The rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable. We had excess to the pool right outside the room. Andres from the bar took our drink orders and brought it up to our rooms. He also heated up some food for us. Overall, the hotel was great and I will definitely be coming back in the future.」

「Estuvimos en la habitación Las vírgenes y el sillón que está en la salita al entrar, requiere de limpieza profesional principalmente. Todo lo demás en la habitación estaba muy bien muy limpio. También como recomendación, si se sabe que estarán hospedados un número de personas, desde que se hace la reserva, deberían de preparar el cuarto con el número de toallas correspondientes y no dejar que se les tenga que pedir. 「Staff was very helpful and friendly. Only downside of the property I found mold on the shower. Other then that I recommend the hotel breakfast is amazing and the restaurant is open for lunch and dinner as well.」
