“First impression of our room was “wow”! A revamp made it very easy on the eye. However! The shower didn’t drain away properly so towels had to be put down on floor to absorb overflow. Reported it three times to no avail. Shower jet by the loo didn’t work. Room had no kettle for complimentary tea/coffee and when we asked for one we had to wait nearly two days to get one that worked! Lovely swimming pool although small. “This is not the most convenient location- you have to take a shuttle with limited times to get to the train station to get to Sorrento and from there get a ferry to Naples, Capri or Amalfi / Positino. I thought we were staying in Sorrento so took a ferry there and it costs us $80 euros to get to hotel sadly. You also have to get a bus between the ferry port and train station or walk it. All of this hard on my husband who uses a Walker. However, with all that said, this place is TERRIFIC!! No……
