「Breakfast spread was great, service and hospitality was top notch. Property is good too and has a gym, sauna, steam and pool too which is great. Rooms are fine. We had an issue with the smell coming from the drainage throughout the stay but other than that it was good. They did try to fix it but wasnt able to. 」

「Ellbee Hotel, Mussoorie offers a perfect blend of comfort and stunning views. The rooms are well equipped, staff is very friendly and helpful, food was delicious with hot breakfast and high tea was pleasant experience engaging with other travelers. Great location of mall road - gem hotel.

「Excellent stay. Stayed there for 1 night with family. Very comfortable for my parents and child. Special thanks to Pradeep, Pankaj, Shikha and others at front desk and restaurant. Breakfast had lots of options and staff went the extra mile to do customizations as well. Will love to stay there again.」

「Excellent service provided by staff.
Front desk team is very welcoming, polite.
Restaurant is really great. They have variety of food and tastes excellent with less spices and the items never tasted before.
They don’t have any facilities for drivers, which we felt awkward.

「Excellent staff. Specially Surya, Kajal, Rahul were so friendly, very organized, responsive. Ajit and Jayveer are great cooks, made such delicious food. Amal Pathak was great manage took care of check-in process with no delays and provided the best stay services. Overall, great property.」
