「Walls of room were dirty. Room smelt stuffy and of mothballs. Bathroom stank of bleach and commercial toilet pellets. No bath mat and slippery tiles. AC wasn't working. Only a small part of the food menu was available and it was a 40 minute drive to the town. We requested cutlery, not supplied. Pepsi was warm as the kitchen fridge had been turned off. 「A quite resort away from any town . We found it quite nice. They should trim the trees in front of balconies so that one can get better view. Right now most of the view is blocked by overgrown trees.」

「no accommodation or food for our driver. room was okay, no TV, no AC. service was slow The staff was not as helpful as we expected about the knowledge around the area. The stuff like slippers were a little dirty even after replacement, so not sure if they are reusing stuff. 」

「We enjoyed our stay at this resort. It’s a wonderful place with great staff and excellent customer service. I would like to mention Vijisha, Jibin, Anagha and Madhan who attended us and made our stay very enjoyable. They ensured everything was great and took care of every little detail. We would rate 10 / 10 in all aspects. We would definitely come back and highly recommended hotel if anyone coming to Thekkady!」
