“I had an amazing stay—check-in was incredibly fast, and the reception was so warm and welcoming. They even offered me a free early check-in and upgraded me to a riverfront tent. The food was excellent, the staff was incredibly friendly, and my room was cleaned twice daily. Shila at reception was especially kind and attentive, making sure everything was perfect. “酒店位置很好，在马拉河边，但并不是每个房间都能看见马拉河。硬件条件差一些，由于是帐篷的原因，卫生条件也不是很好，昆虫和帐篷上的霉点很多，家庭房（3张床）很拥挤。晚上昆虫和河马叫声此起彼伏，对睡眠环境要求较高请慎选。服务人员有些较为热情，有些较为冷淡，服务水平不一。早中晚均为自助餐，品种较少，住3晚后对餐食已经感到厌烦了。”

“Facilities were fantastic, with hot water and flushing toilets. The only negative were the day staff who did not seem very friendly. I put this down to us getting off on the wrong foot, so was glad we were only staying here for two nights. The guy from our previous day -Safari drive was waiting for us at check out -with the day staff- ( all men ) stating we owed him an extra 10 Dollars, but we showed him the exchange rate and offered him the correct amount of one dollar- which he refused.
