“This place is awesome! The tented structure was awesome and the bathrooms attached to each structure were modern and clean. After just a few short hours of being there, the Maasai guards knew who we were and where our tent was. At night when it was dark, they would walk with with us shining a light to make sure we could see. The food was 10/10. When I went to the bar and asked for a bottle of water for my room, they brought it to my tent. The whole staff was so friendly and the service was……

“We had a fabulous stay at Sentrim Mara. Some of the other reviews did concern me before booking but I found this place to be good value for money. Also, the lodge was so spacious! The staff are wonderful, Geoffrey was friendly and attentive at the restaurant, chef Nicholas was helpful with my lactose intolerance and there were many other wonderful staff too. For my birthday the staff bought me a cake while doing native Maasai singing and dancing, it was a very memorable experience. Thank you……

“酒店位置很好，在马拉河边，但并不是每个房间都能看见马拉河。硬件条件差一些，由于是帐篷的原因，卫生条件也不是很好，昆虫和帐篷上的霉点很多，家庭房（3张床）很拥挤。晚上昆虫和河马叫声此起彼伏，对睡眠环境要求较高请慎选。服务人员有些较为热情，有些较为冷淡，服务水平不一。早中晚均为自助餐，品种较少，住3晚后对餐食已经感到厌烦了。”

“Their dining is superb, unlike any safari oriented place I've ever stayed, which is over 30 times. Their menu is extensive, and I mean first-class. You order one hour before because it takes time to create great food in the wilds of Masai Mara.. Simply amazing. I would go back just for the food. Their overall service is excellent and the lodging/tents are fine. Maybe a little more lighting would made the women happier (my wife). Their safari guide/driver was the best we had during our 10 full……

I stayed for 4 nights with my wife on an 18 day honeymoon, and out of all the places we stayed, including 5-star hotels in Cairo, Nairobi, Dubai, and the Maldives, we had the best service and the best food of all at Elephant Pepper. We were picked up directly from the Mara North Airstrip and immediately began our safari adventure with a game drive.
