"Enjoyed our stay here. Complimentary water on the floors you could help yourself to, large lobby area, very clean, room was clean although somewhat small and no refrigerator- minor issue, check-in and out was very smooth, we had our pet with us, and we could walk to where we needed to go. Parking right across the street and valet available. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. No complaints at all! Would definitely stay here again! "

"We love Hotel Icon. It’s beautiful and the bed is super comfy. The only issue we had was every time to air came on it made a loud bang. I also thought $50 for valet (1 night) was kind of outrageous. "

"My husband, baby, dog, and me stayed here the past weekend, and we throughly enjoyed our stay. The staff was so sweet very helpful. If you want a hotel that has everything you don’t have to leave to get food or coffee this is it! Very clean convenient, we will be staying here again. "

"The service was friendly and very helpful. Requests for extra bedding and towels were met almost immediately. A complimentary continental breakfast would have added to our stay as we were to be at the hospital by 7am. A $20 breakfast buffet was available but who had time?"

"This property is just minutes from Hobby Airport, and they have a shuttle that runs every 15 minutes. Our shuttle driver wasn't very friendly, but I was grateful that they have a shuttle. The rooms are spacious and clean. We ate at the bar twice and had breakfast in the restaurant, once and it was all delicious. I would definitely stay in this hotel again."
