“This stay was the last checkpoint for our Midwest trip, the room itself was pretty nice, very cozy. but there are several unsatisfactory points. the pillow quality was really bad, it doesn't have a microwave. the bathroom has exhaust fans but does not work, We did contact guest service, and they did come, He looked around and told us that the bathroom itself did not have an exhaust fan.(yet there is literally a visible fan on top of them?) pretty unhappy since we had to stay there for 9 days.”

“We loved the old fashioned charm of checking in on paper and having an actual key! It added to the beautiful antique styling. The room was as pictured, comfortable, and full of beautiful light in the morning. The breakfast was a highlight! The only thing we missed was a mini fridge for vacation leftovers.”

“The room we booked (king bed) was very spacious and beautifully decorated in an Art Deco style that matched the hallways and overall hotel decor. We were impressed and will be back next time we are in Milwaukee.”
