「Room was very clean, staff was pleasant. Noticeably quiet except for a continuous ventilation noise, but as it was continuous it wasn't particularly annoying. Good blackout shades.
I had a nice view of the fountain in Fountain Square. Location was very convenient for the convention center. I took the TANK bus to/from the airport and also well located for that.
Lobby/first floor layout is a little weird, but nothing unmanageable.You have to join something to use their wifi, which I didn't feel...

「We had a wonderful time staying at the hotel, Cleveland! Very clean all the staff was friendly and absolutely beautiful hotel! The parking was very convenient too and the hotels right close to everything you need in Cleveland.」

「The receptionist with long hair doesn't smile,when the door opens. TV still on we thought someone in the room,There is a garbage under the table in the room, and there are two red dirty things on the carpet too ,a long hair on the blanket ，I originally wanted to change rooms, but the front desk said there was no one to work or tidy up during the holidays when we checked in ，Not a very good experience」
