Montebello 4 Stars Hotels

"I only stayed for 4 hours on a Long layover delayed flight. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Especially when my alarm didn't go off and I slept through my wake up call! They come up and banged on the door to wake me up. When I was sprinting through the lobby to catch the shuttle to airport, they flagged the shuttle to wait for me and I was so grateful. Great shuttle service and staff! Above and beyond!!"

"I assumed the Wi-fi was free with the room stay but it wasn’t. I was charged $12.95 a day. Even when there is an option to not sign up for the rewards and states you can connect. I was charged with no worries of the hotel offering to take off any of the charges. Overall I paid $85 dollars for the 4 days. WiFi should come with the room for the cost."

"Kind staff who provides great recommendations in the area. If you are ever looking for a place to stay when going to Angels stadium for a game this is prime location. Nice on site bar and very close to shopping and food as well."

"The hotel is really nice but we definitely loved our room , they were so big. The negative is the parking they charge you $60 to park. "

"This hotel is cute, but the area that it is in is extremely loud. Also, it’s on the border of Skid Row and the Fashion district. If you’re not familiar with LA, these parts can sometimes be a bit rough. The staff was never really available via phone from the room so we had to walk down to the lobby often when we needed things. Also, when you call the hotel, no one picks up. Keep in mind that this is an older building that has been renovated, so it has quirks."
