「We stayed for two nights from September 23 to September 25. It was raining and very cold during those days. When we arrived at the hotel, we found that there was no hot water in the bathroom. We reported the issue on the first day, but no one responded, so we had to take cold showers. As a result, both of us caught a bad cold and completely lost our voices. On the second day, we tried turning the water to the hottest setting and letting it run for 10 minutes, but only got some lukewarm water. In...

「The art is very unique and we loved every part of the stay. The staff was helpful at every point in the day, and the valet was polite and the service was prompt. We were told 20 minutes to wait for our car to be brought up, and it was brought up in only 7 minutes. Very efficiently run establishment, my only regret is that I wasn’t able to try the restaurant in the lobby. Other than that it was very excellent.」

「The receptionist with long hair doesn't smile,when the door opens. TV still on we thought someone in the room,There is a garbage under the table in the room, and there are two red dirty things on the carpet too ,a long hair on the blanket ，I originally wanted to change rooms, but the front desk said there was no one to work or tidy up during the holidays when we checked in ，Not a very good experience」
