"The room was prepared neatly upon arrival but there were huge carpet stains inside and on the balcony. The chairs looked like rats ate at the arm rests and our feet turned black walking around the room. We booked a stay for 4 people but for some reason the towels were only prepped for a stay of 3, with one less count for face towels (2). "

"Parking is secure and convenient on site, hotel is old but renovated, lots of shops and restaurants in walking distance. Pier 39 is across the street, make sure to visit the sea lions!"

"Very poor quality furniture and interior, Bathroom door was broken and even suiet doesn’t carry Microwave that’s first time i experienced, Really don’t recommend this to anyone or use it again."
