「hotel is good but toilet cannot flush.」

「Overall a very welcoming and enjoyable experience. Highly recommended 」

「The location is fine. Just the breakfast space is a bit limited. And the room clean daily is not that nice.」

「Excellent location! We were told the wrong information about breakfast twice which was frustrating and we ended up not going at all on our departure morning. We changed rooms due to AC not working and were told that our luggage would be moved. It wasn't moved. Booked an airport transfer but then in the morning nobody knew anything about it! Lack of communication is a problem and very very frustrating」

「This is an amazing hotel to choose for a break in Cape Town. The location was great, not far from Camps Bay and cheap enough Ubers to V&A. The hotel also has a free shuttle to both of these several times a day. The hotel was clean and modern, and bedrooms were spacious and well maintained. The staff were friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. The food was excellent with a choice of eateries on site and breakfast was fresh with a fab variety. We stayed for 11 nights and would definitely stay...

「Good, 」

「The environment is pretty good, facilities are nice, staff are helpful and friendly, very recommend to travellers.」

「Our favorite hotel in Cape Town. The breakfast is the best I've ever had at a hotel--and I've traveled a lot! The staff is unbelievably kind and helpful. We always feel so at home here. Love it!」
