"This is our second time at Chetica. Each room has a unique, themed design. We have stayed in Seville and this time in “Big Bear” which reminds you of a mountain cabin. The rooms have big bathrooms and a kitchenette with a coffeemaker and coffee provided. The breakfast is delicious. You are in the hills with fresh air and beautiful gardens. "The pool and pool side restaurant was like an oasis from the hustle and grit of San Jose. The food at the restaurant was incredible and well priced. Highly recommend ordering lunch or dinner by the pool. Our room was simple but clean. Comfy pillows! The area feels safe to walk around during the day. The staff were all wonderful.
