“Really wonderful service from Saif at the counter who helped with the smooth and efficient check in process. Booked a few rooms and requested for early check in for my ageing parents. Saif was understanding and tried his best to help. Grateful for his kind gesture.”

“Because I checked in very late, and they arranged a room at the end of corridor, and I wanted to change the room, but the staff said it was fully booked and it's the last room available. But I asked for another staff for help, he did change room for me. That means the previous staff didn't check for me and just didn't do more... Air conditioner is not enough, and carpet is very dirty. Will not go back this hotel again.”
