Asking for non smoking room, yet the smell of the tobacco smell very strong

"All the male staff is very friendly and so nice. The front desk female workers doesnt seem like her jobs. Even the security at front door really nice and doing great customer service.
The front desk wont tell you about your buffet if you dont ask and no information about it at all."
