"The ice machine didn’t work on my floor, our windows were cracked we when came into the room, there was a towel on the bathroom floor which lead me to believe it was not cleaned before I arrived and the elevator wouldn’t work twice. "It was not the worst experience, but it was not the best. We had to change rooms because there was a hole in the shower where the faucet was suppose to be. Not sure if maintenance forgot to alert the front desk so the room would not be rented. They did not have anymore double bed rooms, so had to settle for a king size bed for myself and my daughter. They handeled it very professionally. I just think maintenance dropped the ball. "

"Whether we’re checking in late at night, or in the afternoon, we are always greater as if we are the most important people staying there. The beds are comfy and there’s plenty of pillows (too many sometimes). The towels are not scratchy and stuff, and there are enough.
