“There was no information given when getting checked in such as where the pool towels were or that no additional towels would be given out if necessary (you just have to was the ones you already have, hopefully you dont need them before you find out this information) whe. I asked the next day about where the pool was, asking about pool towels and where to find the wifi information i felt like the manager judged me completely and it seemed like she did not believe that i actually paid for my stay……
