「Everything was great in the beginning all the staff were very friendly and helpful until our last night. WE had been there to attend our goddaughter's wedding. After the event we went back to our room, changed into our PJ's and decided to go sit outside by the waterfront. Well, we left our key in the room, Shame on us! We went to the front desk & the gentleman there, Carl, was so rude it ruined our whole night. We told him what happened as we stood there in our PJ's & he said he needed ID. We...

「During our stay, the elevator was completely out of service, and we had to climb the stairs many times. In the breakfast room, one of the younger waiters had a very bad attitude and was extremely slow, except for one staff member who was fine. The air conditioner in the room was extremely loud. If you’re not a heavy sleeper, I really wouldn’t recommend staying here—you’ll feel like you’re sleeping on a train all night.」

「Our experience was fine, I did not like the fact that they asked us to take the trash out, and there was not a trash can close, so my boyfriend had to walk around 10 minutes trying to find it. I think this should be included in the cleaning fee. The room was “clean” but if you’re allergic to dust, this is not a good place to come because the windows had dust, and some lamps. The parking spot was good」
