Sabi Sands Game Reserve 4 Stars Hotels

"Beautifull location with excellent rooms and service."

"We had a short stay at the Sanbonani Resort Hotel with our family. The rooms were large and quiet. The staff were friendly and we had the evening buffet which was good value. For our trips to Kruger it proved to be a good location and excellent value."

"The property was really clean and had good amount of towel plates cutleey etc. the major issue we had was that the roof was leaking everywhere in most rooms. One of the beds was wet and we slept with water dripping next to us the enter night. When I raised it with the reception, there was no apology for the inconvenience but only stating that it was the thatched roof. If they know about the leaks, they should maintain the roof."

"We loved staying at Elephant Point! "

"Great place to stay. Authentic, great vibe. "

"It was a very enjoyable few days. The staff and food was excellent. The game drives were very good, and Fabian the guide, was very knowledgeable. We would come again."

"The lodge sits on a hill, giving a nice view to any room! Clean room equipped with everything you needed."

"Lovely and comfortable thank you "

"You couldn’t ask for a better safari lodge! The room was spacious and comfortable, the food was good and the game drives were absolutely amazing!"

"Such a wonderful stay. The lodge, staff and rangers were fabulous…just fabulous. Don’t even think about it…just book !"

"The property is extremely hard to find because the Google map will not be able to get you there. The staff was not prepared for our arrival, as they already had anticipated that we would not be able to find it. Consequently, the restaurant had a menu but there were only two different cuts of steak. with one piece each. since there was nothing else we ate the steak, which was fine. Getting there, you will have to travel through some neighbourhoods that didn’t seem too safe to me."

"All good"

"The power was out when we arrived and the staff were less than helpful about providing any torches or lamps. It was off for 24 hours. I would not book through hotels.com again, as these properties offered at the resort are privately owned and therefore the staff have little or no interest in their maintenance. Very disappointing unit, tired. "

"The property is set on a wonderful estate on a good golf course by the Sabie river. Great pool area with good dining."

"An absolutely wonderful place. The house is beautiful and spacious. Good amenities. The owner was very responsive to any issues we had. I would definitely recommend this place. "

"The lodge was beautiful and peaceful. I liked the consideration given to all the little things, like the usb & 2 pin charges, the emergency lights etc. The only thing it is a bit far out, but if looking for quite & peace, it the place to be. "
