"Really highlights the breakfast and the pool!"

"It was a nice location with friendly staff!"

"Generally the stay was good. All the staff in the hotel were very helpful. The lady who cleaned our room were especially very helpful and always having smile on her face. Downside was Room was pretty old .. and smell of sewage came out from the bathroom every night"

"I’m really happy and glad I picked this property. Everything is perfect. I’ll definitely stay at this property again when I come back to Sanya. The crew were so accommodating, the place extremely clean and modern. It’s close to the beach but not too close making it so quiet. The ocean view from my room was spectacular and serene and most importantly the price is so reasonable. I’m so grateful that Ascott made such a great property in such a great location. Thanks from the bottom of my heart. "

"We were looked after, by everyone, from the first minute of arrival to getting dropped back off at the airport. The CP staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a great holiday. I have travelled a lot and stayed in many hotels, this was the best service I have ever had. The staff knew our names, my morning drink was ready at breakfast, they looked to give us the best service with a smile, anything we needed and more, nothing was too much trouble. The staff wanted to be there happily to...
