"The hotel is a good spot, close to the waterfront and within walking distance of the CBD. Parking at the hotel is tight- not that many parks and what is there isnt big! Was worried about parking a small SUV! Rooms are a good size and clean and tidy. However, our room was tired and the bathroom was tired too! Would stay here again."

"Nice place walking distance to the city center. close to shops for a quick meal. What made it for me was the location, and the convenience with the free bus located just few steps left of the hotel. The price was reasonable. Nice place would stay there again. The staff are helpful and friendly. The Free parking was a bonus and a draw card for me. You will need to get there early as it does fill up on certain nights. Overall, we managed to find parking spots the three nights we stayed there."

"Great location and super friendly staff. Property is showing signs of age and is in need of upgrade in some areas. Our room had only one lounge chair, and it was stained. Curtain also stained, and the bathroom needed some attention. Room size was very generous, and we enjoyed our breakfasts."

"Front office staff were very welcoming and friendly. Our room was clean & spacious. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Bathroom products (body wash etc.) were great. The hotel was very convenient for His Majesty's Theatre. There was work going on in Hay street so the road was closed, however the hotel emailed us ahead of our stay so we could make alternative travel arrangements. Very happy overall with our stay."
