“The property was clean even though it rained the entire time we were there. The restaurants and bars were excellent. The service provided by the staff was amazing. We plan to visit annually.”

“I've stayed here many times while traveling through Mobile.
First, to give credit where it's due, I still consider this the best hotel in Mobile.
That said, each stay seems to come with a different room quality and a different staff experience.
The staff is generally friendly and accommodating, although on occasion I get the impression that some employees are not particularly happy to be there.
The rooms are the biggest unknown. I sometimes wonder if booking through Expedia results in being……
