“Clean and friendly ”

“Check in & valet service were wonderful, check in was fast & she was super polite & our room was ready upon check in. Clean room & nicely set up room. It was great for an overnight stay after attending a Cardinals game. The only complaint is the drag racing that went on outside on the street starting at 2am for about a hour that was super noisy but that is not the hotels fault. A little police presence outside on the street would rectify that quickly. Overall a nice stay! ”

“The pool wasn’t open! The baseboard was quite dirty in bathroom of 1109…staff was phenomenal!”

“Great hotel stay! Love the vibe and museum! Quiet, comfortable and clean. Love that they use mattress covers. Helped give me peace of mind. Staff was super friendly. Only downfall was that parking was expensive and didn’t realize there was a $100/night fee for incidentals. ”

“In town for the eclipse. I enjoyed the color themed rooms in theory, but they didn’t have our selection available when we checked in. Art was fun. ”

“Liked the decor, baseball themed room, liked the shower, liked the water with berries in the lobby(very refreshing)!”

“Only downside was that there was no air conditioning and a smell of garbage near the elevator on the first floor.”

“The staff was very helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable but the best part is it’s less than a half a block from Busch Stadium. Might be a little pricey but we enjoyed the stay and will stay here again in the future.”

“The only complaint I have is the room didn’t have very many usb ports, and the 2 they had wasn’t compatible with my phone. Otherwise everything else was good”

“The Chase Park Plaza is always an excellent place to stay - great staff, lovely rooms and a convenient location.”

“Friendly staff”

“The stay was good. The hotel is very nice!! Their snacks at happy hour could be better, but that’s me comparing it to the Happy Hour at a Drury Inn. They only offer Valet parking, which is fine and I knew that, but the Valet scratched my car when getting it out of the garage and they still charged me the overnight parking fee. I would think that would at least be waived given the inconvenience of me now having to get my car fixed. He was apologetic and the manger handled the situation very well.……
