“The hotel is situated just in the front of the beach. The sunset view from the balcony of the panoramic room was breathtaking. We had 16 drinks on our arrival delivered to our room included in the price of the room. Nice surprise. There are a lot of shops and restaurants around this area but we were dining in the hotel. “La comida es horrorosa. Para ser un hotel de cuatro estrellas que no es nada barato podían gastarse un poquito más en la comunidad porque la comida es horrible. He estado dos días y las dos veces que fui a comer al en la plancha no había nadie de la cocina eh la carne dura la gente que estaba en el comedor un poco desagradable los camales y suelo ir muchas veces pero después de esta vez no vuelvo a ir”

“圣诞节期间入住的，酒店每天都组织很多活动，有专门的工作人员带着小孩儿玩，做游戏还发奖牌，圣诞节当天有圣诞老人来照相，每个孩子都发了小礼物，我儿子玩得特别开心。房间里烹饪设备齐全，酒店里有个超市可以买各种必需品，价格合理。出门左转几步路还有个中餐馆（只是看见没有去吃，无法评价）。总之大大的推荐，有机会还会去住。”

“We stayed for 6 nights. First we are got room near the reception, it was very noisy at late evening and early morning. I asked to change the room , reception stuff change with out problem. Food was good and tasty , big variety. My son likes swimming pool, it is very clean , with salt and warm water. I recommend this hotel.”

“Bruno was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about Tenerife and gave us excellent advice for days out and making the most of public transport too. He was always friendly, courteous and attentive. The room is extremely well equipped for self-catering and the balcony was enormous alongside having a roof top terrace, which was absolutely an added bonus, especially useful for early evenings, when the sun was going down. “Lovely apartment for a few day. Bit of a climb if you struggle with hills although you can take a cab. Staff are very friendly. Would have liked to have the room cleaned but not too much of a problem. Would stay again as can’t fault the apartment but did not really like the surrounding area.”

“The property was well located across from the Ramblas and down the street from the most beautiful park. The rooftop pool and sunning area gave a wonderful view of the surrounding area and mountains and water. All the staff was personable and helpful. I would definitely return to this hotel.”
