“Fantastic staff (housekeeping, front desk, and conference/banquet workers). Exceptionally kind and helpful in every way. Wish there were a few more coffee/tea options in the room or quick, easy coffee options in the lobby without needing to go through breakfast purchase options,etc. A business center for printing would’ve been amazing but front desk staff was able to help and went out of their way for me. I’m not usually a “chain hotel” fan, but the bed, pillows, quiet atmosphere, and staff has……

“This hotel is conveniently located to the baseball park and the staff were friendly. The parking is not marked well for where to go to park and after prepaying for parking in advance the garage did not recognize that it was paid in advance since it is separate from the hotel and additional assistance and grief was required when I wanted to leave. The room however was dirty with wrappers and nail clippings on the floor from previous guests and mold in the sink.”
