「Hôtel très bien placé à playa blanca. Gros bémol sur l insonorisation des chambres. Beaucoup de bruit dans les couloirs. On entend même les voisins parler dans la chambre voisine ! Restaurant hyper bruyant également.
Le Spa est très bien 20 euros pour une heure trente」

「Everything was ok. The building could use an upgrade but everything was cleaned a lot. The staff could have been more friendly, except for one guy at reception 2 who was friendly and helpful. 」

「Food was good with lots of fresh and healthy choices especially breakfast. Staff were superb especially restaurant and bar staff who made service more personal. Great pool and general location of the hotel is good. I would consider a return visit. 」

「Great place to stay in Lanzarote! Spacious and luminous junior suite, comfortable bed, renovated bathroom, nice terrace. Very clean and well maintained. Good breakfast and dinner. Friendly staff. We really enjoyed our stay here.

「I particularly enjoyed the aqua aerobics in the pool each day at 12- the guys from the animation team were excellent- made them good fun. Reception staff were particularly helpful. Good selection of fresh food & the entertainment in the evenings was very good. 」

「We are regulars there. and are back again in April. The hotel is huge, in a quiet, out of town location and can have 500-800 guests at a time. Lots of free parking. It is being refurbished from 6th floor down. Communal chairs and tables are mostly new. The Spa needs massive investment to re-open so don't rely on it being open soon. Food is OK and was slightly better than it was in November but they cant do miracles at the price points they offer. Fish dishes are good. They cater to guests from...
