"We had a great experience, the best holiday ever. Thank you!"

"I stayed here for a few days for Beijing Universal Studios very clean place. Staff was also really good we ordered a lot of Meituan take out. Definitely the place to stay if you're traveling near Universal Studios!"

"great breakfast, great places, great services"

"The staff are very nice. The room is spacious. "

"Staff was very friendly "

"spacious, clean, modern looking room. staff is friendly & pro-active in helping show you the way to your room & other amenities. transport to the airport is included, but it isn't a shuttle that runs on a fixed schedule that anyone can just board. the ride needs to be booked in advance (runs on the hour) and can only be used once per stay. and if you're wondering why anyone would need to head to the airport more than once during their stay, it's because you can catch the Beijing metro / subway...

"Stay here several times. Always above average standard in China. This time there is small water leakage on the rest room floor. "

"Everything about this hotel was top notch except the front desk staff. Possibly the worst hotel staff I have ever seen in all my years and I stay in hotels about 100 nights a year."

"Hotel might be OK for people visiting the Congress-Center. Otherwise I recommend to book another hotel. During my stay only very few guests, restaurant and bar in the hotel closed in the evening, no restaurant or shop in the surrounding. Just stayed for one night and moved then into another hotel in the City centre."
