"Very friendly staff"

"The Shiomi Prince is such a lovely, lovely hotel. The atmosphere is just so, in the lobby and the rooms, the staff are wonderful, and the amenities provided are unparalleled, especially at the price point. Biggest bathtub in a room I've yet encountered in Japan, and we didn't even know about the free hotel onsen when we booked! The Family Mart attached at the entrance, also super convenient, as is the grocery store and train station less than a block away. All that said, a word to the wise: maybe skip the hotel laundry room. Their washers are set up in such a way to not take detergent, it's marked "eco-friendly", but at least for my group and the small load that we washed... came out a little funky, still. "

"Really nice hotel, very clean and comfortable and rooms were a good size compared to others that we had stayed in Tokyo. Appreciated all of the free amenities that were available. We were also very grateful that they were able to store our bags for a few days before check in while we were travelling elsewhere. Highly recommend "

"I stayed here on my first trip to Japan. I loved the location of the hotel as it was close to train stations and everything was a short walk/drive away. The service and hospitality in the hotel was amazing. Every hotel worker was genuine and happy to assist. I will be recommending this place to all my friends and will be back! "

"Breakfast was not included. Very clean, noiseproof from other rooms/outside airport. Beautiful, spacious and calming. Great bath/shower. Lots of shops/food, amenities nearby."
