「Second time stay. Room was very uncomfortable. The platform bed awkward and dangerous. The closet space unusable; the doors do not open to access the interior. Very poor design of the space. Housekeeping was never on time and arrived so late in the day it was useless and interrupted our stay. Not sufficient shampoo, soap etc. Very disappointed and will not return. 」

「Train station is a little bit of a walk and where you get off is a little unsafe during the day much more at night. Taking the bus felt more safe and it’s much closer. The flat is clean and in front of a park so it’s nice and close to a convenient store. The front door was hard to open at first but once you learn the trick to it, it’s ok. Two things I wasn’t happy about are the washing machine/dryer combo. It takes SO long to finish and the pull out bed in the living room is very uncomfortable....

「Our stay was very nice. Place is very clean. Area is quiet and safe. Love that we don’t need to clean up after our stay! Hosts were also very responsive and nice. Only thing is even though downtown London looks near, it takes around 50 min uber to get there due to traffic. Subway is another option but also takes 30+ min.」
