"Property was lovely, cleanliness couldn’t be faulted. Some of the staff could have been much friendlier given the luxury status of the property. The one big complaint I do have is once you have checked out, you can no longer use the spa facilities which I think is awful! "

"Upgraded so real bonus. Room beautiful (25) also bathroom. Only niggles were toilet roll holder too close to toilet - awkward to use when sitting down. Plus tea and coffee facilities in lobby of room so a bit chilly in the morning when wanting to make tea plus the door squeaked (wouldn't stay open) everytime you went in and out so bit annoying"

"Most wonderful place on earth! Gorgeous property, warm & attentive staff in every position and the most sublime food. I cannot say enough good things and the marvelous staff should all be commended. Peter who welcomed me at the car park, Becky & Theo at reception who settled me in to the lovely Hollyhock room in the main house. In dining Sarah in the lounge, Caoimhe in the dining room, Edith at breakfast - and all the staff whose names I sadly can't remember made me feel welcome as a solo...

"The setting and the hotel proper were great. The long corridors to get to our room needed getting used to. The staff were excellent, caring and attentive. We had erroneously not booked the fine dining Madhus and ended up in the Stables, so noisy with young folks that we left for the Glasshouse, best described as a gastro pub. The buffet was plentiful and well presented. The service was pleasant and helpful. The distance between the two restaurants is so impressive that we had to order a golf...

"Lovely apartment, everything looked brand new, lots of space. Lovely restaurants on the high street and close to shops. Parking opposite the apartment. Perfect for a family weekend or even extended stay. Great transport links into central London. Would love to stay again. "

"We tend to use flats when we go away as a family with 3 children 1, 4 and 6. Really clean property. Thoughtful extras dishwasher tablets, washing machine detergent, tea, coffee, milk, wine, orange juice. Property had a bit of minor, understandable, wear and tear. Excellent communication from the hosts/owner. Fantastic central Windsor location, literally a few steps from the castle and the river. Great for little legs. Ample bedding, pillows, towels. Good sofa bed. WiFi good speed and smart...
