「总体来说酒店非常漂亮，地理位置也很好。唯一缺陷是我入住的小套房，卫生间没有浴缸，也没有独立的冲淋空间，马桶和冲淋空间和唯一一个洗漱台盆是在一个4平米不到的小房间内，每次冲淋完，整个卫生间的所以地方都是湿的，包括马桶。第一次看到如此奇怪的卫生间，感觉是装修到中途还没继续下去的。酒店一楼海边餐厅做的没那么好吃，甜品还不错。总体来说性价比不高，1600欧元一晚上，卫生间装修的有点简陋了。期待改善」

「我們幸運的被升等，非常喜歡他們的房間有品味有風格很有味道又很寬敞。可惜服務人員很難叫的到，我們在泳池想點飲料請工作人員幫我們叫人來等到最後都沒有人來，請人送我以及行李到主樓也等了半個小時。所以延遲了午餐時間吃的很趕。我覺得很可惜。也許你需要有車才適合住別館，如果你想放鬆可能住主樓很多事情會來的更便捷」

「Excellent service from front desk (from San Sebastián) bellman (Facundo) & Clara. Property very unique design, but carpets need good steam clean. Otherwise wonderful location, nice walk to beach and town. Hotel as charming as the town -- be sure to reserve your parking spot!! They have limited space 」

「Kind and friendly welcome and service; lovely site. We were upgraded to a spacious room with a private terrace. The breakfast was fabulous, especially delicious omelets! It's close to a tram route with easy access to the train station and historic district near the Garonne.」

「Beautiful boutique hotel with a quiet and serene garden in the back. Conveniently located within minutes of local transportation and approximately 10 minutes walk to a pedestrian area with shopping and restaurants. The owner of the hotel, Antoine, was at the property every day and interacted with the guests to ensure everything was okay. He and the staff were helpful in assisting with taxis or providing information - there was nothing that was too much to ask for. We stayed in the Erable room...
