“Good stay had minor issue and resolved”

“We stayed at this property for 10 days and was offered the room in the village and was in walking distance to the beach and salt water pool. The room that we were initially placed in was very spacious with a loungeroom and contained sandstone feature walls and ceilings which were not sealed and bits of sandstone was falling everywhere including on the bed, floor and on the lounge. After informing the property manager (Rola) about this, she was happy to move us to the room next door. This also……

“Our overnight stay was sweet and low key at Laklouk. We had spent the day exploring Bsharri and then drove to Laklouk to stay overnight. The stay is very cosy and personal as the owners of the house are there. The house has 4 rooms so there aren't many guests. Lovely outdoor areas to relax and have breakfast, or enjoy the amazing sunset view. The next day we had a 1 hour ATV tour, which was a great way to see the surrounds and highly recommend. The owners and Mohammed are very happy to help……

“The chalet was overall great, and everything was in order. Before we left, I noticed a first aid kit and hairdryer in the drawer beside the bed. It would be better if they were placed in a more visible spot. As for cleanliness, the chalet was very clean, but I did notice unclean towels left in the laundry basket upon our arrival. I’m sure this was an oversight, but it’s worth mentioning to the housemaid to ensure extra attention to detail.”
