“The overall experience was good. The staff were very helpful and attentive. There was a bad smell in the first room we checked into, but they changed our room the next day, and the new room was much better. The housekeeping team also did a great job. The food and service at Zamana Restaurant were amazing as well. I have stayed at many five-star hotels around the world, and I would say the service here is definitely five-star. However, based on the condition and quality of the rooms, I wouldn’t……

“Great stay, let down by the all-inclusive. We had a pleasant stay. The resort is well maintained, the rooms were spotless, and the staff were generally friendly. Reception and the breakfast staff were polite but rarely went the extra mile. The Asian restaurant, room service and cleaning team, however, were all excellent. Our main disappointment was the all-inclusive package. It didn’t cover the full range of food, and the better options came at an extra cost. For an all-inclusive resort,……

“The staff were very welcoming and lovely. The room was clean and stocked with treats, the spa was sensational, and the meals were great. We did ask for our room to be cleaned and only the bed was made - they did not remove used drink glasses, wipe surfaces, or replenish the coffee pods for our espresso machine. But the drinks were strong, the pool was gorgeous, and overall very happy with our experience!”
