「I booked a deluxe suite and was assigned to a room on 8/F. The layout is so odd that one cannot really enjoy the space as the sofa and desk are located in a corner at the back of the room. The bed is slightly bigger than a single bed. The worst is the wardrobe, which is very run down and the condition is comparable to that of a very old motel. 「Spacious room with modern decor. Very very comfortable air-conditioning and comfortable beds as well. Facilities on the whole are adequate for tourists’ needs. The only downside during our stay is the thick duvet, which is too much for the summer in London. Suggest that there should be a thinner one for this season. Rare that a small elevator is installed to facilitate moving luggages to various floors, but fingers crossed that it will not break down during your stay.」

「Generally very good. We weren't aware that breakfast was via Gail's bakery, had we of known wouldn't have purchased this option - Gail's doesn't particularly cater for allergies. Location is great if your watching a show. Personally we found the room too warm - the air con wouldn't go lower than 19°c however for a one night stay you we could cope.」
