"Had a lovely week at the ALDAU and was blown away by home huge it is. The pool is an absolute beast! A great family spot with lots to do and great service and staff. The food wasn't especially amazing unless you were able to score a reservation to one of the restaurants on site, which was nearly impossible to do, and you could only go once if you could. Love the free minibar, the spacious bathrooms, and all the decor. Breakfast at Market Grill is great with capuccinos and eggs benedict made to order. "The beach, pools and surrounding areas were very clean and well kept. Dining was average, nothing special. The all inclusive wine tasted watered down, local spirits and cheap beer. No fresh juices unless you paid extra. Staff pushing for you to buy the sparkling wine and bottled wine. Very friendly staff. "

"I had a horrible experience. they venue cancelled my booking without informing me. when i reached out to them an hour before arrival for check in instructions i was told look for another hotel! I have never experienced this! they claimed they informed expedia and hotels!!! they ruined my holiday"
