"When we arrived we never received the text that we were supposed to receive once the property was cleaned. When entered many kitchen items were still dirty and some rooms had a lot of dust. We also didn't have any soap sponges, so we called to get one in the property and we were told that someone would come shortly, but no one did. We then called again the next day and the same thing happened we were told that someone would come and no one did."

"The cabin is absolutely gorgeous. Very well equipped with all amenities in working order and even a few delightful surprises. It's managed by some property mgt company that frankly became quite intrusive leading up to the stay... please work on the comms process...but were quick to respond to my complaint with that and to an inquiry I made while onsite. I would also comment that the directions aren't very clear in the welcome email, and wrong on google maps, due to the cabin being further up the...
