「It was a nice hotel with good breakfast and attentive staff. We chose the hotel because it offered a twin room. This is what we specifically booked. I confirmed that again at reception however they still gave us a double room. They converted the bed to two singles for us but they must’ve been the narrowest beds I have ever seen. Apart from that it was a nice stay and the location is excellent.」

「The rooms were lovely, clean and spacious. Spa area was very chilled, relaxing and would 100% recommend solely for the spa. Dinner at charlies was overpriced for what we got but we are not into fine dining. Wine was expensive as well but ok if your not having loads. Overall stay was great but wouldnt go for the food. 」

「This is a lovely hotel, well located for stunning views of the landscape. Our room was well decorated, and had a lovely bathroom with a walk in shower. The walls were pretty thin, we could hear people in the neighbouring rooms around us. The bed was really comfortable, excellent Wi-fi and a smart TV on the wall was perfect. We had an evening meal which was served in a cozy room with an open fire, I can still taste the lovely Borders Beef. Breakfast was similarly great, and meant that overall we...
