“The location is not good, far away from the city center. The room is not very clean. The staff will not let you feel welcome. The car park is not on site the hotel, need to walk to the public car parking , walk 5-7 mins. I will not stay at this hotel again. ”

Apart from one waiter at breakfast being a bit rude giving me the check without telling me no need to rush then saying goodbye to me in a kind of miserable way all staff delivered exceptional service. A perfect base for a short break, where we enjoyed visits to Bracknell, Stone Henge, Chessington World of Adventures and a lovely visit to nearby Winchester city centre to take in a bit of history and enjoy some fantastic restaurants.
