“温莎阿姆斯酒店就在多伦多的市中心，位置非常好，大名牌的专卖店就在旁边，酒店很小，但比较精细，房间很大，卫生间也很大，就象欧洲的一些小型精品酒店，酒店服务很好，有健身房但很小，还有一个小小盐水游泳池，还有Spa 等，酒店小而精，代客停车有点小贵，每天45加币，，，总而言之，值得再来！”

“Expedia description of house is misleading. We expected the entire house, as per description but when we arrived there was already someone in the house and were informed we only booked the basement. How does the entire house become just a smelly basement apartment. And the upstairs renters had the master code to the basement and let us in as our pass code didn't work. We felt unsafe. The Bay Suites, the host company, lied and said they changed the master code so the upstairs renters……
