「The water button in the shower room had poor contact; in addition, during the stay, the service staff used the master key to enter the room without knocking, which frightened the roommates. I hope the hotel will review the equipment and educate the service staff to pay attention. Other service quality is very good and feedback is quick.」

「Loved the location of this hotel. The vibe by the river was amazing, with great little restaurants along the strip. Location to bridge/downtown Porto was so convenient, and gave us a little escape from the downtown core. Gaia has beautiful views across the water to Porto. 」

「Service was excellent! The manager was there for every little need we had - he was very knowledgeable about Lisbon and all it has to offer. Everyone was pleasant and attentive. 「First of all, it’s amazing! The stay is wonderful and it started with warm and welcoming staff at reception. She explained a lot and helped us on early check in. We got welcome drinks and also soft drink credits (this is from Expedia). She also helped to upgrade my parents room to a supreme and spacious room! We love it. Everyday we got night snack and wine/water in the room. The location is great and I will definitely stay in the future. When we checkout day, gentleman in the front desk helped...
