"Villa Regina is very tired, poorly maintained room; black mould in shower, cracked shower tray, sloppy paint job, dirty rug, cupboards that stank of damp and old and made all my clothes stink and little to no soundproofing. It’s a 4 star that would struggle to get a 3 star rating in any other country. Staff on reception were so aloof, least friendly we’d come across. Property has no pool service, all courts are dirty, just not up to its 4/5 star billing. I’m sure the new annex is better but I...

"I’ve stayed here > 10 times, but this time we had a really bad experience when a member of staff made an incredibly mean, insulting and inappropriate comment about my body and literally nothing was done about it. Ruined my holiday completely. Also WiFi doesn’t work which is weird for a 5 star hotel. (Again, it hasn’t worked in years but because of how much we used to love it I didn’t mind). "

"The Palace Hotel, Cervia is an excellent hotel of its kind in Cervia with excellent premises. and mainly excellent and pleasant frontline staff, except perhaps one. The hotel manager was very kind enough to bring up himself to the room my wife's lost bag which was eventually found but the concierge was not very helpful when she first reported about it. "Familien mit Kindern so bis 14 Jahren kommen hier voll auf ihre Kosten, dafür ist die Anlage perfekt. Für Teenager eher wenig geeignet. Die Anlage ist super angelegt, sauber, direkt am Strand und für Hunde auch bestens geeignet. Der eintige Nachteil für uns war, das man immer sehr weit fahren muss um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Ansonsten war alles Top! Kleiner Tip, der Beste Supermarkt in der Umgebung ist der IperLando in Rossolina."
