"It's a little far from the main attractions but we didn't mind it. They had a shuttle to the nearest mall that had a better exchange rate for $$. Everybody was really nice and willing to help."

"Very friendly staff, very helpful. Breakfast buffet was very good. luxurious accommodations, incredibly clean. The one thing that I did not like was that they were terribly strict on visitors. I had a family friend come over to pick up some gifts or their family and have some private conversation. They were on the phone immediately to insist that the guest must either register as an occupant or leave. Even though the gift pickup and conversation would not last 30 minutes. I understand...

"Property is nice and so is the staff. Front desk speak english and or spanish but alot of the wait staff doesn’t so alot if pointing to things we wanted. Breakfast is good options but dinner is very limited so i wouldn’t pay for it. Room service food was good. And one block away is a mall with several restaurant and cafes in it. The massages was divine and affordable! "

"The staff is super nice and helpful. Gabriel was a great receptionist. Good energy. The breakfast is nothing crazy. The rooftop view is stunning. Best part of the hotel. I could see the sugarloaf and redeemer from there. Even the view from my room was great. I think the floor in the room should be pressure cleaned and there’s dusts on fixtures and I found too many hair strands in the shower. Besides the cleanliness room service was on point. The restaurant next door Pura Brasa has great food. "

"We loved this hotel. A real oasis in the hills away from the amazing hustle and bustle of downtown Rio. Wonderful staff who were very happy to help you out. A lovely restaurant where we celebrated our friend’s birthday. Wonderful balcony room with a slight view of Christ Reedemer. Loved the pool and pool bar, although the cocktail making could do with some attention, and the staff there were slow. Would come back to stay if ever in Rio again. "

He was incredibly attentive to the needs of the tenants, and he made sure that our stay there was as easy and comfortable as possible.
