“Nous avons passé 10 nuitées, notre séjour à été au top dans cet hôtel, l'accueil est très sérieux et digne d'un 5 étoiles, je tiens a remercier tous le personnel que nous avons rencontré le personnel est bien veillant et pro actif , que sa soit le personnel de cuisine, les techniciennes de surface . Le petit déjeuner est top . Point négatif de l'hôtel : - la grande piscine n'est pas chauffée - la plage privée n'est pas vraiment privé”

“The hotel was full of cats and the room was dirty as soon as we walked in. We asked to be moved to another room and they said they would just quickly clean our room. Our sink was faulty and toilet seat was falling off. There was loud noises every morning as there was work going on. Cleaners missed a whole day of cleaning our room. Bugs all over the room every day and in the shower. Booking said it was all inclusive but when we got to the hotel they said it was breakfast only and we went back and……

“Hôtel vraiment bien, les serveurs sont tous gentil, Mohammed , Jamal, et tout les autres également. Le service est super propre les chambres sont toujours bien nettoyer. Un grand merci d’ailleurs à madame Bouchra qui a toujours bien entretenu notre chambre. Les repas sont vraiment très bon contrairement à d’autre hôtels où c’est moyen.
