“This hotel was absolutely amazing! The rooms were clean and spacious, the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. I asked lots of questions that they had taken away and was grateful for their answers the following day. The service and level of care they provided was really wonderful. The hotel itself is beautiful and maintained really well, it is a newer property but really does have excellent quality of rooms, food and amenities. “The staff was extremely hospitable. From the receptionist to the waiters, the director of dining (who personally prepared a to go bag of local spices per my request) and bar man. Everyone on the property made you feel like your satisfaction was their utmost priority. The hotel was also immaculately clean with vibrant decor in all areas. It’s an hour drive from downtown Mumbai but well worth the commute. I highly recommend this hotel.”
