"This is a nice hotel with an Indian vibe rather than "international chain", its mostly quiet and peaceful. Rooms are comfortable, clean and spacious. I had a balcony room to take advantage of the hill view, but it was on the lower level and blocked by some trees, so was a little disappointing. We ate in the restaurant on arrival, the food was okay, but service was a little odd (mains before appetizers, unavailable dishes only mentioned after various dishes served), breakfast service was better...

"This is an exceptional boutique hotel, simply one of the best stays we have had ever. A lovely property, each room (and we stayed in a couple) is distinct. All modern amenities, beautifully renovated property in Goa-Portugese style gives the feeling of an opulent home. What makes it exceptional is the service - the team are faultless, were there for our every need - need something off the menu? another towel? a pen? print something? arrange a taxi? provide local guidance? eat early? eat late?...

"We were unhappy the first night due to the condition of the room. However after we complained the next morning we were upgraded and were happy. It is a business hotel, while very nice, not quite a resort. One downside is transport availability."

"I had an exceptional experience at the Taj resort. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, happy and received anything we desired. They even went out of their way to mail back an item I left in the room after I checked out. Wouldn't even consider staying anywhere else if I travel to Goa again. "

More so the restaurant staff truly hit the mark making our stay amazing—Moumita- Assisrant food Bev manager was so accommodating and made anything we liked.. truly amazing. They even made a cake and scribbled bonvoyage on plate. Such a great touch! They also had best toilet paper in India. Everywhere else paper was so hard. Theirs was so soft."

"Overall very good, staff were very attentive. Pool out of use for last week of stay and we were moved from room due to air conditioning fault. Which caused a mix up with our bill on checking out. Would return next time. "

"It was great vacation we had with family. The food was great and service was extremely good with Mr Rajput at the Buffet restaurant was extremely polite and helpful. The rooms were perfect and we had very relaxing stay. Only thing missing was foot rest for the chair. It would have been super with that."
