「We stayed at the West Island wing of the property. While the rooms and setting are beautiful, be aware that the restaurants attached to the West Island rooms do not have a liquor license. If you want a beer, wine, or cocktail with dinner, you have to take the shuttle boat across the backwaters to the main property on the East side. It is a noticeable inconvenience for a 5-star resort, but otherwise a pleasant stay. Would easily rate this 5 stars if not for that daily inconvenience.」

「Highly recommended for a villa stay, especially for a group of 7 people! The villa is spacious, comfortable, and perfect for a family getaway. The complimentary food at the Grand Club Happy Hour was superb, and the breakfast at Malabar Restaurant was excellent. The pool access, along with various indoor and outdoor activities, made our stay even more enjoyable. The kids and the entire family had a wonderful time, creating lots of happy and unforgettable memories. Overall, it was a fantastic...

「Very bad hotel very bad experiences never recommend any one … such a horrible hotel … very bad 😩」

「旅館有點舊，電話有點故障不易使用，很難與櫃台人員聯絡，房間海景有點被樹擋住了，不過因旅館環境不錯，旁邊還有walkway, 可散步看海，整體來說還不錯」

「Awesome large room. The roof top pool was a highlight - big enough to do laps (close to 20 meters). Food was excellent and staff all kind and helpful.」

「Absolutely wonderful! A dreamy place. You must try the houseboat for at least 1 night.」

「Needs maintenance, looks run down. Need to put good batteries in the tv remotes not cheap ones. Buffet meals lacks quality. Main entrance hall needs fans and coolers running all time. Very hot and humid and all fans not switched on. The shower attachments need maintenace. Need a inroom guide of how to operate tv and stb box. Staff were outstanding and go out of the way to help and oblige! Keep it up.」

「Wowwwwwwwwwww — **on steroids\!** The Brunton Boatyard Hotel exceeded every expectation\. From the entire team and their incredible level of care and service, to the beautiful location and ambiance, everything was simply exceptional\. The quality of the food in both restaurants was outstanding, and I am already yearning to return\. From the moment we arrived until the moment we said goodbye, the entire experience was marked with **sparkly, shiny stars**\. ✨✨✨ They truly deserve every single...

「Good place with family.」

「The property is located in a serene village with lake view. Nice covered walkways to the rooms and cottages. Lobby is nice, bit away from the rooms. Nicely landscaped surroundings. Good food options available for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Staff was courteous. My originally given room had some moldy smell and they exchanged it. Rooms are clean with nice bathrooms, AC and comfortable bed. Limited chargeable snack items and beverages were stocked. Has spa and activities room which I didn't...
